How to Keep Your New Office Uniform Alive

Wash inside out in cold water. Hot water is for heated calls, not pure cotton.

Wash with similar colours using a mild detergent.

Select a gentle machine-wash cycle.

Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products.

Avoid fabric softeners, as they may affect the cotton texture and printed artwork.

Dark colours may release a small amount of excess dye during the first few washes, so washing them separately is recommended.

Some natural colour variation may develop over time, giving the T-shirt a more lived-in appearance.

Drying Instructions

Air drying in the shade is recommended to help protect the fabric, colour, fit, and front graphic.

If using a dryer, tumble dry only on a low-heat or delicate setting.

Avoid high heat, as it may cause shrinkage and affect the printed artwork.

Remove the T-shirt promptly after drying to reduce wrinkles.

Do not iron directly over the front graphic. Turn the garment inside out before ironing or place a protective cloth over the printed area.

Do not dry clean.

Returns, Replacements & Size Exchanges

We want your Corporate Jungle™ gear to reach you in the condition it deserves.

A replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution may be offered when:

The product arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong product, design, colour or size
The graphic is damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially misprinted
The product is significantly different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photographs or videos of the issue, a photograph of the shipping label and a brief description of the problem.

Approved replacements for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products will be provided without additional shipping charges.

One-Time Size Replacement

A one-time size replacement is available when:

You contact us within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused, unworn and unwashed
The original tags and packaging are retained
The replacement is for the same product, design and colour
The requested size is available

For customer-selected size replacements, the customer is responsible for the applicable reverse-shipping and reshipping costs.

Because our products are made on demand, returns or refunds cannot ordinarily be accepted for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Product no longer being required
Minor colour differences caused by screen or display settings
Incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout
Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
